Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust's (CHP-UN.TO) trustees declared a July cash distribution of C$0.065 per trust unit, it said Thursday.
The distribution, unchanged from the prior month, will be paid on Aug. 17 to unitholders of record at the close of business on July 31, it added.
