China Zheshang Bank (SHA:601916) raised 30 billion yuan via the issue of perpetual capital bonds to supplement capital.
The bonds carry a coupon rate of 1.95% for the initial five-year period, reset every five years, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the lender rose 1% in recent trade.
