China Wire & Cable (TPE:1603) appointed Chao Chia Yingas the chief financial officer, effective today, according to a same-day filing.
HHe succeeds Tsai Meei Huey, who retired from the role, the cable manufacturer said.
Chao currently serves as the finance section chief at the company, while Tsai held the position of financial manager.

Gentrack Group (ASX:GTK, NZE:GTK) completed its acquisition of airport technology and services provider Dubai Technology Partners, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.Dubai Technology Partners has around 60 employees and will be integrated into Gentrack's Veovo airports division, the company said.
