China Wantian (HKG:1854) is proposing to change its English name to China Onetech Holdings Limited, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The food supplier believes the new name will better reflect its long-term vision and values and align with its strategic directions.
The name change is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
