China Sunsine Chemical's (SGX:QES) net attributable profit to equity holders rose by 5% during the first half of the year to 254.3 million yuan from 242.7 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share came in at 0.2667 yuan compared with 0.2545 yuan in the year-ago period.
Revenue surged 19% year over year to 2.0 billion yuan from 1.69 billion yuan.
The chemicals company declared an interim dividend of SG$0.01 per share, down from SG$0.005 per share in the prior period. The dividend will be paid Sept. 24.
