China Spacesat (SHA:600118) returned to profit in the first half, posting a net profit attributable to shareholders of 34.6 million yuan against a year-ago attributable loss of 30.5 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
Earnings per share is 0.03 yuan against the loss per share of 0.03 yuan in the prior year.
Operating revenue jumped 43% to 1.89 billion yuan from 1.32 billion yuan a year earlier.
The satellite manufacturer's shares dropped 7% during the midday trade.
