China Southern Power Grid Energy Efficiency to List Smart Green Power Assets for Transfer; Shares Down 5%

China Southern Power Grid Energy Efficiency & Clean Energy (SHE:003035) plans to list smart green power project assets with a combined capacity of 444.8 megawatts for transfer, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Saturday.

The energy and environmental protecting services provider's shares dropped 5% during Monday's afternoon trade.

The company will transfer 24 smart green power project assets and shares in three smart green power project companies, Shizong Shangfu Yihe Solar Investment, Nandian (Chengmai) New Energy Technology and China Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy (Southwest Guizhou).

The 24 project assets have an appraised value of 1.12 billion yuan, and the project companies are appraised at 222.4 million yuan.
