China Smarter Energy Addresses 2025 Going Concern Uncertainty Opinion

China Smarter Energy Group Holdings (HKG:1004) said it has implemented measures to address its auditor's going concern uncertainty disclaimer for fiscal year 2025, according to a Monday filing with the bourse.

The company said it has negotiated with its creditors to extend the repayment date and secured additional working capital financing, among other measures, to address the auditor's concern for the previous year, and believes it can avoid a recurrence of such an opinion this year.

Additionally, the company said it has resolved its auditor's disclaimer of opinion for fiscal year 2024.
