China's top leadership pledged a more proactive fiscal policy and a moderately accommodative monetary stance to support growth amid lingering domestic and external challenges, state-run Xinhua News reported late Thursday.
During a meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, officials vowed to accelerate fiscal spending, expand domestic demand and promote the "AI Plus" initiative to foster intelligent industries.
They also proposed to deepen the comprehensive reform of investment and financing in the capital market to boost resilience and confidence.
Other priorities include stabilizing the real estate market, attracting foreign investment and improving conditions for private businesses and the platform economy.
