Chinese copper foil maker Londian Wason New Energy Tech filed for an initial public offering in the U.S. on Thursday, according to a registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company intends to list on the New York Stock Exchange but did not disclose the size or pricing of the proposed offering.
Londian Wason's revenue climbed to 4.07 billion yuan in the three months ended March 31 from 1.91 billion yuan a year earlier.
It also returned to a net profit of 134.5 million yuan from a net loss of 68.4 million yuan, the filing showed.
Cantor Fitzgerald, Huatai Securities (USA), CMB International Capital, US Tiger Securities, and Fortune (HK) Securities are serving as the underwriters for the offering.
