China Resources Pharmaceutical's (HKG:3320) unit China Resources Pharmaceutical Holdings completed the issue of 1 billion yuan of three-year bonds carrying a 1.53% coupon rate.
The unit will use proceeds to replenish working capital and repay debt among other purposes, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
