China Railway Signal & Communication (HKG:3969, SHA:688009) has been awarded eight major rail transit projects between May and June, including five railway contracts and three urban rail transit projects, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The railway contracts include projects for the Yining-Aksu Railway, Mianyang-Suining-Neijiang Railway, Shenshuo Railway, the procurement of CTCS-3 train control system on-board equipment for 350 km/h Fuxing trains, and the Zhangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway (Guangdong section).
The urban rail transit projects cover signal system and surveillance upgrades for Nanjing Metro Line 1, Jinan Rail Transit Line 9 Phase I, and Beijing Metro Fangshan Line Phase I, the company said.
