China Railway Signal & Communication Secures Projects for High-Speed Rail, 5G Networks

China Railway Signal & Communication (HKG:3969, SHA:688009) won three rail transit projects from July to August, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The projects include a 529 million yuan industrial park railway line in Inner Mongolia, a 290 million yuan 5G retrofit project for high-speed rail public network coverage in Fujian, and a 157 million yuan track-circuit equipment supply project for the Xi'an-Chongqing High-Speed Railway.

The company said the projects will be implemented over multiple years, the filing said.

Liquidators Issue Final Notice to Creditors for ST Group Units' Dissolution

ST Group Food (SGX:DRX) said liquidators have issued their final notice and report to the creditors for the liquidation of GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.The liquidators also plan to file the 'Notice of Final Account' before the dissolution.Last year, the company decided to liquidate GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A as part of its strategic plans to exit from the Gong Cha Brand in the United Kingdom.
