China Properties Investment Enters AI Development Partnership

China Properties Investment (HKG:0736) entered into a non-legally binding MoU with Zhong Biao Cheng (Shanghai) Technology to potentially cooperate on the development of businesses related to artificial intelligence, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Under the three-year MoU, the parties will conduct a feasibility study on existing and future business cooperation on various products and businesses.

The collaboration will include, but not be limited to, AI customer management, enterprise AI applications, and AI development.

The parties are yet to enter into a formal agreement regarding the cooperation.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (NSE:ADANIPORTS, BOM:532921) has incorporated a subsidiary, Harbour International Shipping, in the UAE for the management and operation of ships, according to a Friday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.The new entity is wholly owned by The Adani Harbour International, a step-down subsidiary of the company.Harbour International has been formed to conduct its offshore operations locally in the UAE, as Adani looks to diversify its fleet globally.
