China Power International Development (HKG:2380) sold nearly 10.7 million megawatt-hours of electricity in April, up 4.8% from 10.2 million megawatt-hours a year earlier, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Electricity sold by major associates and joint ventures totaled about 3.5 million megawatt-hours, down 2.1% from 3.5 million megawatt-hours a year earlier.
For the four months ended April 31, sales slipped 2.8% to 39.8 million megawatt-hours from 41 million megawatt-hours in the year-ago period.
