China Petroleum Engineering's (SHA:600339) value of newly signed contracts between January and August by 16% year on year to 101 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The value of contracts signed in August amounted to 3.75 billion yuan.
The construction engineering company's shares slipped 1% at the close.
