China Overseas Land & Investment (HKG:0688) recorded contracted sales of 16 billion yuan and sales area of around 511,600 square meters in August, down 13% and 42% year over year, respectively.
New land holdings in August comprised five land parcels in Beijing, Hong Kong, Ningbo, and Shanghai, with an attributable gross floor area of approximately 972,586 square meters, a Friday bourse filing showed.
For the eight months ended Aug. 31, contracted sales jumped 10% to roughly 165.5 billion yuan, while sales area slipped 17% to 5.6 million square meters.
As of Aug. 31, the property company logged 10.3 billion yuan in subscribed property sales.
