China National Nuclear Power's (SHA:601985) unit, Sanmen Nuclear Power, plans to divest its crane through a property rights exchange, with a minimum listing price of 15.2 million yuan, according to a Saturday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
The equipment for sale are an LTL-2600B 2,600-ton crawler crane and its supporting steel-shell counterweight blocks.
The crane has been in service for 16 years. It remains in good operating condition, but its lifting capacity no longer meets the nuclear power company's construction requirements.
