China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone (SHE:001979) extended an interest-free loan of 51 million yuan to investee China Merchants Lippo Hospital Management (Shenzhen), according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The loan has a term of eight years, the real estate company said in its filing.
Proceeds will help pay the bank loans of Lippo Hospital Management's subsidiaries.
Shares slipped 1% during the midday break on Friday.
