China Longyuan Power Sells 2.8 Billion Yuan Debentures

China Longyuan Power (HKG:0916, SHE:001289) completed the issue of two series of 1.4 billion yuan each of debentures on Wednesday, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The debentures carry a coupon rate of 1.32% and will fall due in 180 days.

The firm will use proceeds to replenish daily working capital and repay debt.
