China Life Insurance Renews Insurance Sales Framework Contract

China Life Insurance (HKG:2628, SHA:601628) renewed an insurance sales framework agreement with China Life Property and Casualty Insurance ahead of its March 31, 2027 expiry.

The company will continue to be entrusted by China Life Property and Casualty Insurance to act as an agent to sell certain insurance products within the authorized region, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The new contract will be valid from Jan. 1, 2027 to Dec. 31, 2029, subject to shareholder approval, and will replace the old agreement.
