China Jushi Raises 400 Million Yuan Via Note Issue

China Jushi (SHA:600176) raised 400 million yuan via the issue of 268-day notes.

The notes, due February 2027, carry an interest rate of 1.47%, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

China Construction Bank served as lead underwriter, while Hengfeng Bank served as co-lead underwriter.

Shares of the fiberglass manufacturer declined 2% in recent trade.
