China HK Power Smart Energy Group (HKG:0931) completed the issue of 100 million new shares to Wei Haifeng to raise net proceeds of HK$28.8 million.
The shares, representing around 1.21% of the company's enlarged issued share capital, were issued at HK$0.290 apiece, a Monday bourse filing showed.
The LNG gas and smart energy company plans to use proceeds for general working capital.
