China Gold International Resources (HKG:2099) posted a net profit of $275.8 million in the second quarter, up from $116.3 million in the year-ago period, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The mining company reported earnings per share of $0.6897, up from $0.2908 in the prior-year period.
Revenue grew to $461.01 million from $307.3 million in the year-ago period.
Meanwhile, gold production at its CSH mine was 21,500 ounces in Q2, down from 22,090 ounces in the same quarter last year.
Copper production at its Jiama mine stood at 18,641 tonnes, up from 18,013 tonnes in Q2 2025.
