China First Capital (HKG:1269) said the High Court has set a hearing for April 20 for a winding-up petition and a related application to substitute the petitioner, according to an April 17 bourse filing.
Shares of the financial services provider were down over 9% in Monday morning trade.
The petition stems from claims by an alleged bondholder over HK$10 million in outstanding principal and accrued interest, first filed in December 2023.
