China Everbright Water (SGX:U9E, HKG:0165) completed the issue of 3 billion yuan of bonds on July 24, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The bonds carry a coupon rate of 1.98% per annum and will fall due July 24, 2031.
The company will use proceeds to repay maturing medium-term bonds.
