China Energy Engineering (HKG:3996, SHA:601868) renewed five continuing connected-transaction framework agreements with its controlling shareholder Energy Group and its subsidiaries for three years, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The agreements cover financial services, financial leasing, private funds, daily production and operation services, and property leasing.
Annual caps include 4.8 billion yuan for comprehensive credit services, 4.8 billion yuan for private fund subscriptions, and 1.5 billion yuan for direct leasing services.
Energy Group holds about 42.82% of China Energy Engineering and is its controlling shareholder.
