China Ecotourism (HKG:1371) expects profit attributable to owners of HK$95 million to HK$105 million for the year ended June 30, compared with a loss of HK$72.4 million a year earlier.
The lottery company attributed the forecast mainly to a one-off gain of about HK$182.4 million from the extinguishment of financial liabilities through the issuance of scheme shares, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing.
The company expects to release full-year results on Thursday.
