China Datang Renewable Power (HKG:1798) recorded power generation of around 2.8 million megawatt-hours in May, down 9% from a year ago, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Of the total, wind power output slipped nearly 10% to around 2.3 million megawatt-hours, while photovoltaic power generation fell nearly 7% to 454,552 megawatt-hours.
For the January to May period, output fell 10% to 14.5 million megawatt-hours. Of this, wind power output declined 13% to 12.5 million megawatt-hours and photovoltaic power output was 2.1 million megawatt-hours, up 13% year over year.
