China Coal Xinji Energy's (SHA:601918) stock fluctuated up to 20% over three straight trading days through June 1, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The movement constitutes an "abnormal stock trading fluctuation," the coal mining and thermal power generation company said.
Shares closed 3% lower on Tuesday.
