China CITIC Bank (SHA:601998, HKG:0998) is planning to redeem 350 million preference shares worth 35 billion yuan.
The shares will be redeemed on Oct. 26, their 2026 dividend payment date, a Monday bourse filing showed.
The shares were non-publicly issued on Oct. 21, 2016.
