China Citic Bank International (HKG:0998, SHA:601998) filed for the listing of 1.33 billion yuan worth of undated non-cumulative subordinated add Tier 1 capital bonds on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The bonds fall under the bank's $3 billion medium-term bonds program.
The bonds will be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on or about July 23, the bank said.
Grenergy Renovables (GRE.MC) said Tuesday it registered a green note program of up to 200 million euros with the Alternative Fixed Income Market.Filed on Monday, the Spanish renewable energy group's sixth green note program is subject to a financing framework in line with the green financing principles of the Loan Market Association and the International Capital Market Association.
Hercules Capital (HTGC) said late Tuesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of $325 million of 6.300% notes due in July 2031.The company said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay debt, fund investments and for general corporate purposes.It expects to close the offering on July 24.
