Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT (ASX:CQE) said three South Australian properties leased to Edge Early Learning remain operational as it works with Edge on a positive commercial outcome, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The properties account for about 1% of the company's total income, per the filing.
The real estate investment trust holds bank guarantees equivalent to six months' net rent for the properties and confirmed that the Edge developments will not affect its fiscal 2027 earnings and distribution guidance, the filing said.
The REIT said its diversified AU$2.3 billion portfolio of 295 social infrastructure assets, with 39% of income now generated from non-early learning assets, offers greater sector and tenant diversification, the filing added.
The REIT's shares were down 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
