Changjiang Securities Provides Details of Up to 200 Million Yuan Share Buyback Plan

Changjiang Securities (SHE:000783) published the details of its share repurchase plan worth between 100 million yuan and 200 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.

The securities company expects to buy back between 7,137,759 and 14,275,517 shares through centralized bidding within 12 months from the board of directors' approval.

The shares represent 0.13% to 0.26% of the company's total shares.

The company's shares rose 2% during the midday trade.

Helens International Forecasts Lower Net Profit in H1

Helens International (SGX:HLS, HKG:9869) expects to book a net profit of up to 16 million yuan, compared with an adjusted net profit of 50.3 million yuan a year earlier.Meanwhile, the company expects a revenue of up to 260 million yuan in the first half of the year, compared to 291.2 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The decrease in revenue is mainly due to a decline in the number of self-operated bars during the period.
