Changjiang & Jinggong Steel Building (SHA:600496) signed a steel structure contract for the construction of Hong Kong's AsiaWorld-Expo for HK$288.9 million, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The steel structure manufacturer's shares fell by less than 2% at the close of Monday's trade.
The contract is part of the AsiaWorld-Expo's Phase II development project, which the company won in a bid for HK$483 million.
The construction of the 20,000-seat venue is expected to be completed by 2027.
