Hangzhou Changchuan Technology (SHE:300604) plans to list its H shares on Hong Kong's main board, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The Chinese semiconductor testing equipment maker said the move aims to advance its global strategic layout, accelerate overseas business development, enhance capital strength, and build an international capital operation platform.
The issuance requires approvals from Chinese and Hong Kong regulators.
The company's shares rose nearly 4% in Shenzhen Tuesday morning.
