Chailease (TPE:5871) unit Fina Finance and Trading will sign a four-year NT$7.8 billion joint underwriting agreement for the issuance of commercial paper.
The underwriting syndicate will be led by Mega Bills Finance, as the mandated lead arranger, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The facility will diversify Fina Finance and Trading's funding sources to support future business expansion and provide medium-term funding to improve its financial structure, it said.
