CGN New Energy (HKG:1811) renewed two agreements to continue receiving financial services from CGNPC Huasheng Investment and CGN Finance.
The renewal comes ahead of the Dec. 31 expiry of both contracts, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The agreements will be effective from Jan. 1, 2027, or when the company obtains shareholder approval, whichever is later, to Dec. 31, 2029.

Lakala Payment (SHE:300773) has decided to terminate its proposed secondary listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Exchange, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The digital payment service provider initially approved the overseas listing plans in August and September 2025.However, due to changes in the market environment and adjustments to its plans, the board voted at a meeting on Tuesday to scrap the plan.
