CGN Mining (HKG:1164) said its uranium production for the second quarter totaled 667.8 tonnes, achieving 103.3% of the 646.4 tonne planned output for the three months, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Production at its Semizbay-U joint venture reached 178.9 tonnes, completing 104.4% of its quarterly plan, while output at its Ortalyk associate totaled 488.9 tonnes, reaching 102.9% of target levels.
As of June 30, CGN Mining held 967 tonnes of uranium, with an average cost of $80.88 per pound, and had undelivered contracted sales of 2,442 tonnes at an average price of $88.58 per pound, the filing said.
