Century Group International (HKG:2113) proposed consolidating every 20 existing shares into one consolidated share.
If approved, the consolidation will reduce the number of shares to 40.2375 million from 804.75 million shares, with the par value rising to HK$0.20 from HK$0.01, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing. The authorized share capital will remain at HK$20 million.
The company also proposed reducing the board lot size to 1,000 consolidated shares from 5,000 existing shares.
