Century Group International Holdings (HKG:2113) said its board proposed consolidating every 20 existing shares into one consolidated share, according to a filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The consolidation would reduce the company's 804.8 million issued shares to about 40.2 million, assuming no further shares are issued before it takes effect.
The company also proposed changing its board lot size to 1,000 consolidated shares from 5,000 existing shares.
