Century Energy (TPE:2072) has signed a lease agreement with DSV Contract Logistics for a warehouse space it plans to build, according to a Friday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The company will lease around 18,505 ping of space to the logistics operator for an annual rent of around NT$157.9 million a year.
The initial term runs for a period of five years, with an option to extend by two further five-year periods.

South Korea's main stock market, the Korea Exchange, will enable trading till 8 pm following the regular close at 3:30 pm from Monday, in its move toward 24-hour trading, Bloomberg News reported Sunday.This decision opens 2,400 Korea Composite Stock Price Index, or Kospi, and Kosdaq stocks for evening trades, which include short-selling.
