Centuria Industrial REIT Says 42% Re-Leasing Spread Secured at Victoria Industrial Facility After Redevelopment

Centuria Industrial REIT's (ASX:CIP) industrial facility at 30 Fulton Drive, Derrimut, Victoria was fully leased on a five-year term after redevelopment, securing a 42% re-leasing spread to the prior accommodation, according to a Wednesday statement from the real estate investment trust.

The REIT completed a nine-month redevelopment, expanding the original 10,600-square-meter warehouse with a 2,700-square-meter extension, per the statement.

Its shares dropped nearly 1% in recent trading on Wednesday.
