Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) said the voting power of First Sentier Group and its related bodies corporate or associates was 5.02% in the firm as of Wednesday, and it became a substantial holder, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

First Sentier holds 42.7 million ordinary shares in the firm.
