Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) launched a AU$300 million fully underwritten equity raising initiative, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The equity raise includes an institutional placement to generate AU$200 million, and a 1-for-17 accelerated, non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offer to generate AU$100 million, per the filing.
The company said it expects to issue about 150 million new shares under the equity raise at a price of AU$2 each.
