Central Plains Environment Protection (SHE:000544) subsidiary Zhengzhou Sewage Purification formed a joint venture with Henan Yanlong Engineering Technology and will invest 23.4 million yuan in an integrated energy management service for a campus of the North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power.
Zhengzhou Sewage Purification will hold 51% of the consortium and invest 11.9 million yuan, while Yanlong will hold 49% and invest 11.5 million yuan and will also be in charge of construction, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The JV will install and maintain ground-source heat pump energy system, indoor air conditioning, and electrical systems, among other works.
