Central China Securities (SHA:601375) subsidiary Zhongding Kaiyuan Venture Capital Management will invest 20 million yuan as a general partner into a venture capital fund, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The subsidiary's investment is equivalent to 19.23% of the Henan Xiangding Digital Equity Investment Fund Partnership.
Zhongyuan Jinxiang Investment Management is a general partner with an investment of 1 million yuan, while Henan Zhongyuan Jinxiang Relay Equity Investment Fund Partnership and Luoyang Cultural Tourism Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Partnership are limited partners with investments of 45 million yuan and 38 million yuan, respectively.
The 104-million-yuan fund will invest in tourism data assets owned by subsidiaries controlled by Luoyang Culture & Tourism Investment Group, according to the filing.
