Celanese, Vigor Precision Team Up on Plastic Joint Technology for Humanoid Robots

Celanese (CE) and Vigor Precision said Monday they entered into a partnership to develop and commercialize lightweight plastic components for humanoid robot joints.

Financial terms were not provided.

The companies said Celanese will provide customized materials and technical support to Vigor Precision.

The companies added they also plan to commercialize plastic joints for industrial, commercial and specialized service robots.

Shares of Celanese were down 1.2% in early Monday trading.

Motorsport Games Q2 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises

Motorsport Games (MSGM) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Friday of $0.19 per diluted share, down from $0.25 a year earlier.Revenue in the three months ended June 30 rose to $3.54 million from $2.59 million a year earlier.One analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $2.9 million.The company's shares rose 3.4% in after-hours trading.
