China Development Bank Financial Leasing (HKG:1606) agreed to acquire residential photovoltaic power stations and related equipment in Hunan and Hubei for about 650 million yuan, according to an April 17 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the financial leasing company were up nearly 1% in Monday morning trade.
The assets will be used for the company's operating lease business, with plans to lease them to third-party lessees after completion.
