Catalyst Metals Upgrades Mineral Resource Estimate of Western Australia Deposit

Catalyst Metals (ASX:CYL) upgraded the Trident mineral resource estimate to 1.1 million ounces at 5.4 grams per tonne grade of gold from 524,000 ounces at 3.6 g/t grade of gold, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Trident is an underground deposit located north-east of the Plutonic processing plant in Western Australia, the filing said.

Mining of a small open pit at the deposit was completed in May, with ore to be transported and processed at the processing plant over the remainder of the year, per the filing.
